Media Roots Radio: PG&E’s Criminal Extortion Racket & California’s Collapsing Infrastructure

Posted on by

Abby & Robbie Martin discuss the ongoing saga of California private power company PG&E and how they held over 2,000,000 California customers hostage by deliberately turning off their power to avoid liability costs for potential wild fires caused by downed power lines during high wind events. Robbie personally had his power shutoff for 48 hours at a time by PG&E in October and November and talks about his own experience and the realizations he came to. PG&E’s long history of criminal acts and being responsible for massive injuries and death is discussed in depth as well as climate change and the exacerbating effect it’s having on the up-tick in wild fires in California.
