MEDIA ROOTS – On this week’s episode of Media Roots Radio, Robbie and Abby Martin talk about the new TSA procedures and privacy violations, Bush’s book tour and the media giving him a pass, and analyze the WhatTheFuckHasObamaDoneSoFar website.
On the second half of the show we talk about the Israeli and Palestinian conflict and air a forty minute interview with Dr. Paul Larudee, a San Francisco Bay Area human rights advocate for justice in Israel and Palestine. He works with the International Solidarity Movement and the Free Palestine Movement, and was cofounder of the Free Gaza Movement. He was onboard the Sfendoni, a ship of the Freedom flotilla attempting to bring humanitarian aid and contraband items to Gaza, when the ship was intercepted by Israeli forces.
